Established in 1977, Costich Engineering, Land Surveying & Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. has been providing design and consulting services to public and private sector clients throughout the Northeastern region for over 47 years. The vast majority of work performed by our firm is site development plans and approvals (Site Design). A typical project includes Schematic/Conceptual Design, Field/Office Survey, Design Development, Municipal Approvals, Permitting, Construction Documents, Easements, Subdivisions, Construction Administration, Construction Stakeout and Inspections. Our firm continues to excel due to dedicated staff, utilization of the latest technology and software, and our innovative project approach. We take pride in our work and we believe in fostering long lasting relationships with our clients. As a third generation family business, Costich is now being led by our first ever woman President. Costich Engineering, Land Surveying & Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. is a New York State Certified Women-Owned Business (WBE). We are also a City of Rochester and Monroe County Certified WBE Firm.

Firm Capabilities Statement

Our civil engineering department features engineers with a variety of specialties. We have several design teams on staff to suit your every project need including: single family residential, multi-family, mixed use developments, commercial, re-development, warehouse and industrial facilities, wireless telecommunications, green infrastructure and more. Our firm currently has (4) four licensed professional civil engineers and a handful of other engineers with experience ranging from 2 to 30+ years.
